Accounts and roles You may register as an Investor, Franchisor, Business Seller, Broker/Developer, or Admin. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. Olarabia may verify accounts and listings, but "Verified" only reflects the specific checks Olarabia has actually performed, not a guarantee of quality, solvency, or legal compliance. 3. Listings and content Listing owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, images, and documents they submit. Olarabia may review, approve, reject, or remove listings at its discretion, including before publication. Submitting a listing does not guarantee publication. 4. Investor interest and leads When an investor expresses interest in a listing, Olarabia facilitates an introduction between the investor and the listing owner. Olarabia is not a party to any resulting negotiation, agreement, or transaction unless expressly stated. Users are responsible for their own due diligence before entering into any transaction. 5. Prohibited conduct You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent verification or security controls; scrape or harvest data without authorization; or use the platform to solicit unlicensed financial or investment services in violation of applicable law. 6.
